yoga conference
From my point of view, the yoga currently practiced has deviated a lot from the deep meaning of the practice.
During this conference I propose a discussion on the question “Why do yoga?”
Informed by the classic yoga texts as well as my own experience as a yoga teacher trainer, I hope to redirect those who practice yoga to take full advantage of the benefits the practice offers us.
