Posture is a very important factor in the pain or discomfort felt in our body. It is rare to stretch properly if we are not aware of our posture. This awareness necessarily passes for the feeling and the internalization of movements (Visualization of movement)
The Pilates method is an effective tool for the recovery and maintenance of the body to avoid back pathologies. This workshop offers work on physical and energetic postures, static or in motion, supports, body alignment. My experience as a professional dancer gives me the opportunity to guide you in understanding movement: interpretation, visualization and feeling.
